Full Refund and Return Policy
At Daligen, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, if you find that our products are not suitable for you, we have a simple refund and return policy in place. Please contact us by emailing support@daligencosmetics.com or using our contact form.
Cancellations must be submitted via email before your order is processed for shipment. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery. Do not ship your return to us before contacting and receiving approval from customer support. If your item is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof. Any product sold on sale is not eligible for a refund or return. Daligen offers free shipping on all orders. In the case of returns, we will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product. Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval. Please be aware that delivery delays may occur during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
